Applications

Match the product to its operating conditions.

Tell us how the cable will be installed and used. That determines flexibility, mechanical protection, fire performance and material choices.

01

Ports and moving equipment

Flexing, travel distance and mechanical load.

02

Industrial plants

Power distribution, controls and drive systems.

03

Mining and tunnels

Installation conditions, flame performance and handling.

04

Utilities and infrastructure

Voltage, conductor, route and local standard.

05

Marine and offshore

Space, environment and project specification.

06

Data centers

Power distribution, installation and fire performance.

Cable manufacturing

Follow the cable from conductor to finished drum.

The route changes with the construction. Conductor, insulation, cabling, protection, testing and packing remain controlled.

TECHNICAL REVIEW

Confirm the construction

We review the standard, voltage, cores, conductor, insulation, screen, armour, sheath and marking before production.

CONDUCTOR

Draw and prepare conductor wire

Copper or aluminum rod is drawn to the required wire size, then checked before the next operation.

STRANDING

Build the conductor

Wires are stranded to the required class, cross section and conductor geometry.

INSULATION

Extrude the insulation

The specified PVC, XLPE, PE, EPR or project compound is applied with dimensional checks.

CABLING

Lay up cores and screens

Insulated cores are cabled together. Screens, fillers and bedding are added where specified.

PROTECTION

Apply armour and outer sheath

Steel wire, steel tape, aluminum wire or other protection is added before the final sheath when required.

TESTING

Mark and test the finished cable

Printing, dimensions and routine electrical tests are checked against the confirmed requirement.

RELEASE

Measure, drum and prepare shipment

Finished lengths, drum details, packing marks and release documents are reviewed before dispatch.

Screens, bedding, armour, water-blocking and fire-performance layers are applied only when the confirmed construction requires them.

Approve the cable against records from your order.

Ask for the construction sheet, process checks, routine test record, marking and packing details connected to the supplied batch.

01

Material record

Incoming batch and inspection information for the agreed conductor and compounds.

02

Construction sheet

Confirmed cable layers, dimensions, marking and reference standard.

03

Process record

Checkpoints defined for the manufacturing steps relevant to the cable.

04

Final test record

Release information prepared against the confirmed technical requirement.

05

Packing review

Drum, length, marking and shipping document details checked before dispatch.
